I may share limited personal information with trusted third parties where it is necessary to carry out my duties and support the client's needs. These third parties may include: Family members or guardians, when coordinating care or sharing relevant updates; other household staff, such as cleaners, carers, or nannies, where coordination is required; medical professionals - if involved in the client's care and wellbeing, and only with appropriate consent; external service providers, where sharing is needed to schedule or manage services effectively.
